There are 3 lists that can be maintained within the Activity Pane, Current Stages and ToDo Types and Priority.
Current Stages
In order to maintain Current Stages, follow the below procedure:
- Click on the Current Tab.
- Click on the Stage button. You will be taken to the Current Stage Maintenance screen.
- Add or edit the Stages as necessary. To mark a Stage as Start or Finish, right click on the relevant Stage in the list to display the right click menu.
- Click Save and Back, or use the Auto Save feature.
ToDo Types
In order to maintain ToDo Types, follow the below procedure:
- Click on the ToDo Tab.
- Click on the Types button. You will be taken to the ToDo Type Maintenance screen.
- Add or edit the Types as necessary.
- Click Save and Back, or use the Auto Save feature.
ToDo Priorities
In order to maintain ToDo Priorities, follow the below procedure:
- Click on the ToDo Tab.
- Click on the Priority button. You will be taken to the ToDo Priority Maintenance screen.
- Add or edit the Priorities as necessary.
- Click Save and Back, or use the Auto Save feature.
