Appointments Reports

Below is a list of all the Appointments Reports and what they show.
- Summary - Details the total number of Appointments for the period and the previous period specified. Also gives an ratio between Appointments and Patient Records as well as Unique Patient Appointments.
- Detail - Gives a break down of Type, Status, Source, Reason and Outcome for all the Appointments made with the time period specified and the previous period.
- Schedule - Shows the details for all the Appointment with the Appointment Module for the Diary, Staff Member and Time Period specified.
- Resource Usage - Shows the utilisation of Working Hours per Diary and Staff Member for the time period specified.
- Staff Detail - Details the Status, Type, Source, Reason and Outcome of the Appointments per Staff member.
